Personnel Profile
Cail Jarin was only 16 when the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor ended. Two years later, he enlisted with the Bajoran Militia in order to serve his world. When Bajor finally joined the Federation in 2376, Jarin was one of the majority of the Militia incorporated into Starfleet. Having never expected to be a Starfleet Officer, he has embraced his good fortune and the opportunity. Jarin is the strong and reserved type, with a great sense of intuition. Always a fast learner, he adapts well to most challenges in life, including his latest; assignment aboard the Republic, his first permanent post aboard a starship, having previously only served on Bajor, Deep Space 9, and on occasion, the Defiant.
