 At this point, the former Doug Forrest of the USS Republic universe became physically shocked and emotionally livid.  "Those bastards!" he hissed to himself.  "Those rotten stinking bastards!"  With clenched fists, Theo exclaimed, "we could have stopped the attacks if they had listened to us! They should have LISTENED to us!"  His face collapsed into his hands in defeatism, withdrawing from the conversation to regain control over his anger and disbelief. At this point, the former Doug Forrest of the USS Republic universe became physically shocked and emotionally livid.  "Those bastards!" he hissed to himself.  "Those rotten stinking bastards!"  With clenched fists, Theo exclaimed, "we could have stopped the attacks if they had listened to us!
